Written return and refund policy

At Black Thief Store , we offer replacement only in certain circumstances such as
If product gets damaged during the transit.
If you gets a wrong product
If the product received is already expired

In any other cases Perfumes are not eligible for returns or replacement.

In case of receiving damaged or wrong product, replacement can be made on a case -by case basis.
The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration only after giving a 360-degree video. This video will help us to understand the condition of the product upon delivery and aids us in processing your replacement in the fastest possible manner.
Please ensure that the video is clear, unedited, and also includes the order details (Invoice, Shipping details)
Please note that once we verify the damage or wrong product details , we will initiate the replacement process. You will receive the replaced product within 5-7 working days.
